Normandy refers to the ‘ hotel La Normandie’ which operated here untill 1969 and the little bear gives a wink to the Beerhouse which we have taken over in October 2017.

 

The bear which incorporates softness as well as power explicates the symbol of our concept:  Familiar and exotic, Local and urban, Modest yet extravagant, Bar and a restaurant, Serious but sexy, Relaxed and lively, a gentleman and a merciless lover!

 

Normandy fearlessly explores the borders between dinner and sinner. We bring ‘cosmopolitan’ to Maastricht.
